FAQ and Information

Do I need to make an appointment for spa services?
We accept walk-ins but it is better to schedule an appointment. All appointments require a credit card (not debit card) to book an appointment. We do all check-outs remotely at the time of arrival. So if you have a gift certificate, SpaBucks, etc. please let us know in the “notes” section when booking online or via text. Or let reception know upon your arrival.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within the 24-hour timeline you are charged 60% of each service booked.
Wear whatever you would like! For long services our service providers will step out of the service room to let you undress privately and cover yourself up with the sheets. You will be covered with a sheet and towel or blanket at all times and the treatment beds are heated. You are on the treatment bed and completely covered before your therapist enters your room. We highly recommend removing your bra before your service, but you are not required to. You will find that you will get a much better massage without it.

For new clients you should arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the “Client Intake Form.”
For facial appointments you should stop any type of retinol type product at least a week prior to your appointment. This is a precautionary measure to ensure no reaction to the facial products used during the service.
Tipping is not mandatory, but always appreciated. When clients ask us “what’s normal to leave a service provider,” our answer is “when we personally go to a spa for a service, we leave 15% to 25% of the price of the services provided. We tip just as we would tip a server.”
If you feel like talking, go ahead. If you want peace and quiet, mention to your therapist that you really need to zone out for your service time.

Our products are available to try in store. We also have sample jars that we will be happy to fill and send home with you. We are always happy to assist you in your choices. You may return unused or unopened product for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. Once a product has been opened and used we cannot accept it back. Choose wisely, ask for samples and assistance.

In order to maintain peace in our treatment rooms please turn your phones off.
