At check in she gave me a warm welcome and asked if I would like any water or tea, she explained all of their products are vegan and turned on the massage chair, pure bliss! The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous and so welcoming! She lead me through every step of the pedicure, and went above and beyond my expectations. It has caused a decline in my posture and overall discomfort. I booked a deep-tissue massage with Stephanie and within 30 minutes she solved all of my problems. I can now stand up and sit for long periods of times. I can pull my shoulders back without pain. My neck no longer feels hunched. The service was comfortable and relaxing. I have been going to Dawn to get my monthly facials (European facial to be specific), and she is absolutely the best. To begin, the Face Place is very clean and follows the COVID19 protocols. Second, I love that Dawn is very gentle but extracts my stubborn blackheads or pimples without any major pain. Third, I feel so relaxed and peaceful, and she’s not one of those people who try to sell you products while you’re enjoying your facial. Last but not least, you cannot beat this price here! The quality care and time you get is so worth it and even more. I would recommend this place to anyone and I even drive 45min from Rockville to get Dawn’s service. Persons N.
